Record your journeys by bicycle, on foot, running, or travelling by car, train or boat. Choose your travel mode and start, pause and finish recording yourself. Keep a ride or a journey as a GPS track, with pauses and reception gaps preserved as separate segments.
Review, save and share your tracks
Open a saved trip to see your recorded path as a local sketch, along with distance, recorded time and top speed. Save the complete recording as a GPX file or use Open / Share to pass it to a compatible installed app. The receiving app decides whether and how to import the file.
Your speed at a glance
The large GPS speedometer shows your speed in km/h, mph or m/s. Set your own alert limit. Sustained overspeed triggers a visible warning, with optional sound and vibration. Missing or unreliable readings remain unknown.
Keep recording with the screen locked
Active GPS continues when switching apps or locking the screen. Use Stop GPS to end location updates. After the app is terminated, a recovered trip stays paused until you resume it yourself.

Saved tracks remain accessible, exportable and shareable after the trial. Deleting trips does not reset usage.
Your journeys stay on your device
grospeed stores your tracks locally. No account, no own cloud service and no usage analytics. A GPX file leaves the app only when you choose to export or share it. Delete individual recordings or all recordings whenever you want. Read about privacy
